19^th century microscope slide photograph by Amadio

An interesting micro photograph of Dickens by Amadio.  The slide bears Amadio’s label and a hand written label with the subject written on it.  A penciled reference is made to Dancer’s slide, number 90, which was made from the same etching of Dickens but is different in that it has a decorative border.  The slide is in very good condition, as shown.  All photos were made from the original slide.
